Cesar is a very safe, careful driver. He arrives reliably on time. He speaks good English. Recently, I went to Home Depot looking for outdoor furniture. When we found nothing that worked for me, he suggested another place. Soon, I had all that I needed on my terrace. Born in San Miguel, he knows this place, and he’s a good storyteller.

I concur with all of the various recommendations for Cesar Nee as a driver/tour guide. He took us to Costco in Queretaro this morning and we had a delightful trip. His minivan is extremely comfortable, he is an excellent driver, and his knowledge of English is outstanding. And a lovely guy besides. We will definitely use him on our next excursion out of town and/or for airport pickups.

If anyone is looking for a dependable, experienced driver for trips in and around San Miguel, Guanajuato, Queretaro, the butterfly reserves and to other locations, I would like to recommend Cesar Nistal Gonzalez. He has several well-maintained vehicles and is a careful and responsible driver. In addition, he is a fine tour guide, fluent in English and able to translate simultaneously from Spanish.

I was provided great service to the Leon Airport by Cesar and upon my return to SMA, he was there for me also at the Leon Airport and on time so that I had no wait time. I have 2 year old son, Cesar now has a friend in my son, he is very personable, courteous and professional and is a big hit even with the little ones! My son and I enjoyed the music on special request to and from the airport which made our trip very pleasant in addition to the great conversation with Cesar who is so full of knowledge and history of SMA and this great Country and Culture of Mexico.

If anyone’s looking to hire a good English-speaking driver for trips out of San Miguel, I recommend Cesar. I hired him for some shopping in Queretero. He arrived on time, his van was spotless and comfortable, he knew his way around and he was very pleasant. Very reasonable rates, too.

As some of you know, I am compromised by my wheelchair and getting around is next to impossible. I am deeply indebted to the professionalism, and kindness shown to me by Cesar Nee. He arrives on time (by US definition), you know a bit early and arrives in a super clean well and maintained vehicle that is roomy and comfortable.
He is incredibly helpful as he speaks English perhaps better than many Americans and as well his Spanish is native. He is able to navigate more than the streets and highways, but also the Mexican culture from the perspective of an expatriot. He is more than helpful in any way that he can be of service.
Cesar gets me to my medical appointments on time, waits patiently, and also has been a tremendous help in my search for a new home.
He is available for day trips, camping excursions, shopping trips to Celaya and Queretaro, he also does airport transportation to Leon and Mexico City, and of course is available for around town transportation as in my case.
Some my neighbors have enjoyed his travel tours to nearby areas and were very pleased with his service as well. Funny thing, most places I go to with Cesar, he is known. One woman recalled him from gradeschool years with a big smile, but wherever they knew him a big smile always appeared on their face.
I highly recommend Cesar Nee for your transportation needs; with him you will be in good hands.
